Warranty period

Every electrical product purchased on the site is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
The warranty is provided directly by the Amani8 business and is not dependent on the manufacturer or third-party supplier.

What does the warranty include?

  • Technical faults in the product that were not caused by incorrect use.
  • Production faults.
  • Operating problems resulting from a product defect.

What is not included in the warranty?

  • Damage due to improper or careless use (such as falling, water, high heat).
  • Physical damage caused by the customer.
  • Use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Natural wear and tear or prolonged use.
  • Damage from repairs not performed by an authorized Amani8 party.

How to exercise responsibility?

  2. Send the product for inspection at your own expense – the address will be provided after contact is made.
  3. After repair or replacement – we will send the product back to you at our expense.

*The treatment will be carried out within 14–21 business days from the moment we receive the product.*

Warranty and Returns

The warranty is provided in addition to the returns policy on the site and according to the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
