Return period: Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to the conditions detailed in this document.
Product Condition: The returned product must be in its original condition, unopened in its original packaging, and unused. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted for return or refund unless a manufacturing defect is found.
Proof of Purchase: An original purchase invoice or other proof of purchase must be attached as a condition for return or refund.
Non-returnable products: For health and hygiene reasons, hair care products that have been opened or used are not returnable unless a manufacturing defect has been discovered.
The return process
Contact us: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product via email. myfashentime@gmail.com, and indicate the order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return authorization: After receiving and reviewing your request, we will send you a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return the product.
Product packaging: The product must be securely packaged in its original packaging, along with all accessories and accompanying documents (if any).
Shipping Method: The cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We recommend sending the product via registered mail with tracking option, to ensure its safe arrival to us.

The refund process
Product Inspection: After receiving the returned product and inspecting it by the Amani8 team, we will verify that it meets the return conditions detailed in this policy.
Refund confirmation: If the product meets the conditions, we will notify you of the refund confirmation.
Refund method: The refund will be made using the same payment method used to make the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Refund time: Refund processing time may take up to 10 business days from the date of return approval. Please note that the actual transfer time to your bank account or credit card may be longer depending on the policy of your credit card company or bank.
Special cases
Defective or incorrect product: If you have received a defective product or a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product and, if necessary, send you a new, working product or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Cancellation of a transaction by the customer: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, you may cancel the transaction within 14 days of receiving the product, and receive a refund minus legal cancellation fees, provided that the product has not been opened or used and is in its original packaging. The cost of shipping the product back will be borne by the customer.
