Welcome to the Amani8 Online Store (hereinafter referred to as the "Store", "We", "Our"). 1.1. The Amani8 store offers for sale hair care products only, for personal and non-commercial use, within the borders of the State of Israel only.

1.2. Purchases on the site are permitted to adults over the age of 18 who have full legal capacity. By placing an order, you declare that you comply with this condition.

1.3. These terms are written in the masculine form for convenience only, and do not prejudice the feminine form or the plural form.

1.4. We reserve the right to change the Terms of Use from time to time, without prior notice. The most recent version of the Terms will be posted on the Site and will be binding upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to the Terms constitutes your agreement to those changes.

4. Placing orders

4.1. To place an order, you must select the desired products, add them to the shopping cart and follow the payment and delivery instructions.

4.2. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email to the email address you provided. This confirmation does not constitute final confirmation of the order, but only confirmation of its receipt.

4.3. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of shortage of stock, incorrect or incomplete details, or suspected irregular activity. In the event of an order refusal, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the amount paid, if any.

4.4. The purchase contract between you and us will only be concluded after we have finally confirmed your order by shipping the products or by appropriate notification.

5. Payment

5.2. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5.3. In the event of inability to collect payment, the order will be canceled.

6. Delivery

6.1. We deliver products only within the borders of the State of Israel.

6.2. Shipping costs will be specified when placing the order and will apply in addition to the price of the products, unless otherwise specified.

6.3. Estimated delivery times will be detailed on the Site. However, these times are estimates only and do not constitute a commitment. We will not be liable for any delay in delivery beyond our control.

6.4. Responsibility for the products passes to you upon their delivery to you or to someone on your behalf.

6.5. You must inspect the products immediately upon receipt to ensure that they correspond to your order and are in good condition. In the event of any damage or non-conformity, you must notify us immediately.

7. Returns and Cancellations Policy

7.1. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of the transaction details document (whichever is later), provided that the product is not damaged or used, and in its original packaging.

7.3. After receiving the cancellation notice and checking the integrity of the returned product, we will refund you the amount paid for the product within 14 days, minus shipping fees (if paid).

7.4. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after receipt cannot be returned or canceled, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

7.5. In the event of a manufacturing defect, you must notify us as soon as possible with details of the defect and attaching photos where possible. After inspecting the defect, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All intellectual property rights on the Site, including copyrights, trademarks, designs, software, codes, graphics and other content (hereinafter: "the Content"), belong exclusively to us or to third parties who have granted us a license to use them.
